Wadie Najm, MD, MSEd, Samueli Center Medical Director

Wadie Najm, MD is an experienced UC Irvine family medicine physician committed to an integrative approach to health care utilizing all available resources to optimize care and prevent illness. Trained in several complementary and alternative modalities including acupuncture, Dr. Najm incorporates these into his practice where appropriate.

Heather Rice, LAc, Dipl. Ac., MSTOM

Heather Rice, has more than ten years of clinical experience using acupuncture and Chinese medicine. She is board certified in acupuncture by both the state and national boards. While working to create a healing environment where mind, body and spirit are integrated, she treats patients for pain management, sports injuries, women's health issues, allergies, stress reduction, weight management and sleeping difficulties. She encourages her patients to live healthy lifestyles to promote their own wellness.

Bianca Garilli, ND

Dr. Garilli received her Naturopathic Medical degree from Bastyr University, one of the world's leading academic centers for advancing knowledge in the natural health sciences.  She is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and specializes in chronic disease and natural, sustainable weight loss using a combination of lifestyle changes, clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, counseling and physical medicine.

Gail Wetzler, PT

Gail is excited to bring over 30 years of experience in athletic training and advanced manual therapy as they relate to women's and men's health, musculoskeletal disorders, sports related injuries, neurologic disorders, scar tissue dysfunction and organ specific fascial disorders.
