This eight-week program is designed to benefit anyone who wants to be able to handle stress more effectively and to enhance personal coping skills. MBSR will teach you how to consciously and methodically deal with stress, pain, illness and the demanding challenges of everyday life. The course consists of weekly two hour classes and Saturday retreat.

The Instructor: Adrienne Beattie, MA, MFT | firstname.lastname@example.org | 949.632.1112As a psychotherapist and educator, Adrienne has been specializing in the area of stress reduction and self regulation for the past 15 years. She has completed the MBSR professional training, under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD, founder of the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Adrienne is also an affiliate of the Institute for Self Integration. Her mindfulness practice weaves throughout her personal and professional life and she is grateful to have the opportunity to share the practice with others.
