Mobility is essential to independence. It is part of the lifestyle we have been accustomed to ever since our early youth. On Thursday, Troyce Thome and Hong Yang, Master Tai Chi instructors from the Arthritis Foundation will be presenting on the physiological and psychological health benefits of Tai Chi. They will describe how to prevent or slow down the progression of Osteoarthritis. You can look forward to a brief lecture, followed by a demo and experiential session.

Light snacks will be provided. 

ATTENDANCE IS FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. **Parking Kiosk available in Lot 83.
