Beth Mulligan has practiced as a physician's assistant for 25 years and she lectures widely on stress physiology and stress reduction. She teaches mindfulness courses at locations throughout Southern California and she trains physicians, nurses, therapists and patients in stress-reduction techniques.
Don Maurer, MD
Dr. Don Maurer is board-certified physician with 30 years of experience in emergency medicine. He is trained in MBSR and lectures on mindfulness and stress reduction.
Both Mulligan and Maurer have attended training with Jon Kabat-Zinn and other senior faculty of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
